I was going through extreme Autistic burnout and had very low functioning when I recorded the song, so I am very grateful that I somehow found the capacity to be able to share it and be part of this wonderful exhibition, it means so much to me
I hope my simple song gives you some insight into how I process nature so deeply with all of my heart and soul, it is a profound, beautiful, wonderfully intense experience as I process everything to such a magnificent soul level, such a deep experience
In the human world this is very hard for me as the energy overall is very busy, stressful, noisy, dense and feels like everything is going on fast forward, but when I am in nature my heart, soul and mind feel at peace and all of the universe of love in my heart can be shared when I'm with nature and I feel the universal love in return, this is where I can be wonderfully Autistic me
I hope listening to my song may help you appreciate that my deep sensitivity as an Autistic soul and a Star soul is a beautiful thing in a peaceful, supportive, natural and beautiful environment that is good for the soul like nature, I can be my true self, just because I find it difficult to navigate a stressful, noisy, busy, dense energy in the human world it doesn't mean there is something wrong with me, because I thrive in environments like nature, hmm perhaps the human world could learn something from my gentle Autistic Star soul heart about slowing down, stopping to smell the flowers, delighting in nature, making friends with the animals and all of nature, being one with everything and deeply connected to all in universal love energy.
I humbly feel it is time for a world of love where everyone can be loved, appreciated, welcomed to be their true selves and supported to share their unique gifts, especially Autistic people, we have our own amazing, rich and beautiful Autistic culture, language and way of communicating, unique ways of living and navigating the world and we have so much to share with the world to help make the world more beautiful when we are supported and given space to be our true Autistic selves.
