Felicity is a Policy and Program Officer with lived experience of disability. She has worked in food science and research, and working in diversity, equity, and inclusion—focusing on employment policy and inclusive workplace culture. Felicity enjoys working with people, listening to their stories, and using their feedback to shape her work. Outside of work, she lives with her blind cat Herbie and enjoys sewing clothes.
